Write a Resume That Reads Like a Testimony

Most resumes drown in responsibilities. But hiring managers don't scan for what you were asked to do — they scan for what changed because you were there.

Start each line with a strong verb and end it with a measurable result. Instead of 'responsible for reports', write 'built weekly reports that cut review time by 40%'.

People remember outcomes, not obligations.

Tailor ruthlessly. A resume aimed at everyone speaks to no one. Mirror the language of the job description so both the ATS and the human see a fit.

Finally, edit for grace. White space, consistent alignment and a single clean typeface communicate discipline before a word is read.
