Payment card and billing details are collected and processed directly by our payment provider, Paddle, and are not stored by us.

- Account & identity data — for the life of your account, then deleted within 90 days of account closure.
- Order & transaction records — retained for up to 7 years to meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
- Support correspondence — up to 2 years after your last interaction with us.
- Usage & technical data — typically up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised.
- Marketing data — until you withdraw consent or opt out, then promptly removed from marketing lists.
When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
