1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Solomon's Desk (“Solomon's Desk”, “we”, “us”). By using our services you are entering into an agreement with Solomon's Desk.

2. Acceptance

By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise continuing to use our services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Notice and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services. If you are using the services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age to enter into this agreement. Your continued use following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Our services

Solomon's Desk provides creative and career services including resumes, documents, decks, branding, design creatives, and website builds, as described on our Services and Pricing pages.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including by:

• using it for any unlawful purpose;
• engaging in fraud or sending spam;
• infringing the intellectual property rights of others;
• interfering with security, including introducing malware, probing, or scraping the service.

5. Intellectual property

Solomon's Desk retains all ownership of the service and the intellectual property in it, including its software, documentation, methods, templates, and branding.

Deliverables. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, upon full payment for your order Solomon's Desk assigns to you the ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you (such as your finished resume, deck, branding assets, or website files). Until payment is received in full, all deliverables remain the property of Solomon's Desk. We retain ownership of any pre-existing materials, templates, tools, and know-how used to produce the deliverables, and we may display non-confidential deliverables in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Your content. You keep ownership of the content and materials you provide to us and grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host and process that content solely to deliver your order. You confirm you hold the necessary rights to any content you supply.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Prices are shown at checkout and may be subject to applicable taxes, which Paddle calculates, collects, and remits as Merchant of Record. Payment is due at the time of purchase using the methods offered by Paddle at checkout.

Where a service is offered on a subscription or recurring basis, it will renew automatically for successive billing periods at the then-current rate until cancelled. You may cancel a subscription at any time through Paddle before the next renewal date to avoid further charges; cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current period except as set out in our Refund Policy.

All payment, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

7. Service level

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service in the event of a material breach of these Terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of Visakhapatnam, India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
