The Honest Pitch Deck

A pitch deck isn't a document dump — it's a narrative. Every slide should move the story one step forward.

Twelve slides is plenty: problem, solution, market, model, traction, team, ask. Cut anything that doesn't earn its place.

A confused investor never says yes.

Design for the room. Big type, one idea per slide, and visuals that support rather than decorate.

Above all, be honest. Investors fund founders they trust — and clarity is the fastest path to trust.
